Writer, journalist, and film critic Megan Basham lives in Tucson, Arizona with her husband, Brian, and their spaniel, Wink. Brian is the morning meteorologist at KGUN and Megan covers culture and politics for outlets like The Wall Street Journal, World Magazine, National Review, and The Weekly Standard. (Wink doesn't do much of anything.)

In September, 2008 Random House published Megan's first book, Beside Every Successful Man, a controversial and critically-hailed work that examines how women can help their husbands achieve greater success in the workplace.  

Since it's release, Beside Every Successful Man has become an immediate watercooler (and playground) conversation piece, and has been discussed and debated everywhere from Redbook to the Rachel Ray Show.

Megan is also an in-demand commentator and has appeared on The Today Show, Fox News, and MSNBC.  She will be adding a new title to her resume in July, 2009: "Mom."
